Petro Vietnam Construction Joint Stock Corporation announces the Company’s seasoned issue as follows:

- Offering volume: 100,000,000 shares
3. Expected proceeds: VND 1,000 bil
4. Offering price: VND 10,000/share
5. Offering method:
* Placement with outstanding shareholders
+ Offering volume: 92,500,000 shares
+ Exercise rate: 1:0,61666 (Shareholders are entitled to buy 0,61666 new share for every 1 share they own. The number of shares a shareholder can buy is rounded down to unit digit.)
* Placement with employees
+ Offering volume: 7,500,000 shares
6. The odd shares and shares unsold will be determined by the Board of Directors in terms of price and subject of the offering.
7. Timeline
- Record date for allotment of share purchase rights: 26/4/2010
- Time for transfer of share purchase rights of outstanding sharehoders: From 12/5/2010 to 01/6/2010
- Time for registration and settlement: From 12/5/2010 to 8/6/2010
8. Place for registration:
- For deposited shares: Securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.
- For undeposited shares: 25th Floor, CEO Building, HH2-1 Lot, Me Tri Ha Urban Area, Pham Hung Street, Tu Liem, Hanoi on working days.
Securities certificate and Identification Card (Original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested.
