MHC: Marina Hanoi delays the 2010 Annual General Meeting

According to Corporate Laws, Hanoi Maritime Holding Company (MARINA HANOI) has to hold the 2010 Annual General Meeting within 04 months from the finish date of fiscal year 2009. However, the Company is now concentrating on solving difficulties in business operations. The company has no enough time to hold the General Meeting in April 2010.

Therefore, Hanoi Maritime Holding Company asked for permission to postpone the 2010 Annual General Meeting until June 2010.
