On April 19, 2010, Long An Food Processing Export Joint Stock Company (LAFOOCO) was granted Certificate No.552/UBCK-GCN to offer its shares to the public as follows:

- Stock type:  Common Stock

- Par value: VND10,000

- Total offering volume: 5,271,030 shares. In which:           

* 4,871,030 shares to existing shareholders

* 400,000 shares to employees.

- Total offering value: VND52,710,300,000.

- Distribution time: Within 90 days from the effective date of the certificate.
