HT2: A plan of solving shareholders’ interests after delisting HT2 stock
Hatien2 Cement Joint Stock Company (HATIEN2.Co) has announced a plan of solving shareholders’ interests after delisting HT2 stock on the HOSE as follows:
1. Changing HT2 stock to HT1 stock:
- A shareholder owning HT2 stock on the record date on the HOSE will receive HT1 stock of Ha Tien 1 Cement Joint Stock Company (HA TIEN 1.J.S.CO) listing on the HOSE with ratio 1:1 (01 share of HT2 is changed to 01 share of HT1 from an additional issue).
