And on 13/4/2010, HNX has announced the above information on HNX’s website.

On 14/4/2010, HNX received Document No.1815/ XLDK-TCKT dated 14/4/2010 of Petrovietnam Construction JS Corporation on cancellation of disclosed information at Document No 1739/ XLDk_TCKT.

Therefore, HNX announced the cancellation of disclosed information on transaction of 350.000 shares of PHH from 14/4/2010 to 10/6/2010 of Petrovietnam Construction JS Corporation.
