Ms. Le Thi Kim Thoa who relates to Mr. Le Viet Hai, the BOD Chairman of HoaBinh Construction & Real Estate Corporation, bought 1,000 HBC shares on March 30, 2010 and sold 1,000 HBC shares on April 05, 2010 without announcement.
