Violations of information announcement of transactions of a major shareholder in Information and Networking Technology Joint Stock Company (INFONET.,JSC) as follows:

* Stock symbol: CMT

* Ms. To Thi Hang – a major shareholder sold 40,000 shares on March 16, 2010 and her owning volume after the transaction decreased to 370,000 shares (4.625% of outstanding shares). So she was not a major shareholder of INFONET.,JSC without announcing the information.
