Bien Hoa Sugar Joint Stock Company has (BSJC) changed the authorized information disclosure staff as follows:

* Mr. Bui Van Lang, a member of the Board of Directors and Deputy Director General, is not the authorized information disclosure staff of BSJC from April 8, 2010.

* Mr. Nguyen Van Loc, Director General, is the authorized information disclosure staff of BSJC.
