BHS: Information on the 2010 annual shareholders’ meeting
Bien Hoa Sugar Joint Stock Company (BSJC) has announced information on the 2010 annual shareholders’ meeting as follows:
* Meeting time: 08:00am April 16, 2010
* Venue: Head office of BSJC – Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park, Bien Hoa City, Dong Nai Province.
* Objects: The shareholders in the list recorded on March 03, 2010 and shareholders can authorize another to attend the meeting.
* Contents:
- The 2009 business results and the 2010 business plan.
- The 2009 audited financial statements.
- Results of using capital from the 2009 issue.
- Plans of profit distribution in 2009.
-Reports of the BOD and the Supervisory Board.
- Discharge and appointment of members of the BOD.
- Others.
- Shareholders please send confirmations of attending to the meeting before April 13, 2010.
- The relative documents will be posted on www.bhs.vn.
- Shareholders or shareholder groups who are holding over 5% outstanding shares in 06 consecutive months can suggest matters into the meeting. The suggestions have to be written and send to the company before 03 days of the meeting date.
