* Ex-right date: March 15, 2010
(In case of put-through trading with volume from 100,000 shares and over on March 15 & 16, 2010, sellers will not receive the right.)
* Record date: March 17, 2010
* Meeting date: April 17, 2010
* Meeting venue: Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center (SECC), 799 Nguyen Van Linh, District 7, Hochiminh I2.
* Content of the meeting:
+ Report on business results in 2009;
