- Allowance for the Board of Directors and Supervisory Board: VND 1,335,778,132
- Reward and social welfare 2008: VND 513,620,000
- Financial reserve: VND 816,709,047
- Reward and social welfare fund: VND 2,450,127,141
- Charter capital supplementing reserve: VND 816,709,047
- Dividend payout ratio: 7.5%: VND 11,250,000,000
- Investment and development fund: 7% (VND 306,388,527)
- Bonus to the BOD and management board 5% of profit after tax: VND 816,709,047
- Retained earning: VND 183,926,658.
