VE1: Results of General Meeting of Shareholders 2010

VNECO 1 Electricity Construction JSC has disclosed the results of its General Meeting of Shareholders held on 25/2/2010. The following resolutions were approved:

1. Operating result 2009, operating plan 2010

2. Report from the Board of Directors 2009

3. Report from Supervisory Board 2009

4. Financial statement 2009 and setting up funds, dividend payment 2009

5. Assigning the Board of Directors to choose auditor for auditing the Company’s financial statement.

6.  Change in management change:

- Mr. Tran Hoang Binh will hold Manager of the company in place of Mr Do Van Chinh

7. Allowance to the Board of Directors and Supervisory Board:

- Chair of the Board: VND750,000/month,

- Director and Chief of Supervisory Board: VND500,000/month

- Member of Supervisory Board: VND 250,000/month

- Bonus for Board of Directors: 3% profit after tax

- Bonus for Supervisory Board: 1.5% profit after tax
