VC2: Board Resolution

Vietnam Construction JSC No.2 announces the Board Resolution approved on 2/3/2010 as follows:

1. Dividend payment 2009 in cash:

- Payout ratio: 18% (Shareholders will receive VND 1,800 for every 01 share they own)

- Subject: outstanding shareholders (Excluding treasury stock)

- Total value for dividend payment: VND 13,860,750,600.

- Resource: Profit after tax 2009

- Exercise time: 4/2010

2. AGM 2010 Plan:

- Record date for AGM 2010 and dividend payment at the same time.

- Expected AGM time: 4/2010

- Place: Hall of Vinaconex2, 52 Lac Long quan, Tay Ho, Hanoi.
