TKC: Results of General Meeting of Shareholders

Tanky Construction and Real Estate Trading Corporation has disclosed the results of its General Meeting of Shareholders held by a ballot on 8/03/2010. The following resolutions were approved:

1. Dividend payout ratio of 2009 by share: 20% in quarter I/2010, resource: Retained profit

2. Increase charter capital:

- Issuing to outstanding shareholders: ratio 3:1, price: VND15,000/share

- Issuing to staff: 5% of the outstanding charter capital, price: VND15,200/share. Unsold shares will be redistributed or repurchased for treasury stock.

- Purpose of the issue: To invest in The Splendor 2 apartment project (Thu Duc, Ho Chi Minh city).
