STB: Information of the 2009 annual shareholders’ meeting
Saigon Thuong Tin Commercial Joint Stock Bank (SACOMBANK) has announced information of the 2009 annual shareholders’ meeting as follows:
- Meeting time: 08:00am March 15, 2010
- Venue: Conference Room of Independence Palace – 135 Nam Ky Khoi Nghia St., Dist. 1, HCMC.
- Objects: shareholders owning STB shares at January 20, 2010
- Contents:
+ Reporting the 2009 business result, the 2009 profit distribution and the 2010 targets
+ Reporting verification of the 2009 financial activities
+ Approving a plan of increasing charter capital, a plan of using the bank’s equity, a plan of upgrading branches at Laos and Cambodia to become banks which have 100% capital of SACOMBANK and a plan of founding branches at China and Myanmar.
- The shareholder or shareholder group owning over 5% of total common shares continuously within 06 months and over will have rights of suggesting matters in the 2009 shareholders’ meeting. The suggestions have to be prepared in documents and submitted to SACOMBANK at least 03 days before the meeting date.
- If the shareholders cannot attend the meeting, he/she can authorize another to attend the meeting. When attending the meeting, shareholders have to bring the ID and authorizing letter (if any).
- Please send confirmation of attending the meeting and authorizing letter (if any) to SACOMBANK before 04:30pm March 11, 2010:
