SSI: Approved capital contribution in SSI shares

On 23 March 2010, the State Securities Committee of Vietnam issued a Document No. 814/UBCK-PTTT to approve that Mr. Nguyen Manh Hung can transfer 2,716,840 shares of SSI to contribute capital in Nguyen Sai Gon One Member Co., Ltd.  (*) through the Vietnam Securities Depository.
