Southern Seed Corporation announced date, venue and contents of the 2009 Annual General Meeting as follows:
*Meeting date: 13:00pm, Friday, April 16, 2010
* Meeting venue: Guest House T78, 145 Ly Chinh Thang, District 3, Hochiminh.
* Contents of the meeting:
- Report on business operations, audited financial report, profit distribution, funds, dividend and compensation for the Board of Directors and the Board of Supervisors in 2009;
- Report of the Board of Directors, and the Board of Supervisors (2005 – 2009);
- Five year orientation and strategy (2010 – 2014);
- Business plan for 2010;
- Plans of distributing profit, setting up funds, paying dividend and giving compensation for the Board of Directors and the Board of Supervisors in 2010;
- Re-electing members of the Board of Directors and the Board of Supervisors in term 2010 – 2014;
- Choosing an auditing firm for Southern Seed Corporation.
