PVI: Explanation for the change in FS before and after auditing

Petrovietnam Insurance explained the change in Financial statement before and after auditing as follows:

In Long-term financial investment item in Balance sheet of Financial statement of Quarter IV/2009, the company has recorded the capital contribution in PV Media of an amount VND 24 bil. However, as of January 2010, PVI has just completed the settlement. Therefore, PVI has cleared this amount from Long-term financial investment item and decreased this liability in audited financial statement of 2009 and record this amount in January 2010. This adjustment has not change the operating results of 2009 of the company.
