* Par value: VND 10,000

* Ex-right date: March 11, 2010

(In case of put-through trading with volume from 100,000 shares and over on March 11 & 12, 2010, sellers will not receive the right.)

* Record date: March 15, 2010

* Dividend pay-out ratio: 7%/ par value (VND700/ share)

* Payment date: May 20, 2010
