KHA: Information on the 2010 annual shareholders’ meeting
Khanh Hoi Import Export Joint Stock Company (KHAHOMEX) has announced information on the 2010 annual shareholders’ meeting as follows:
* Meeting time: 07:30am March 27, 2010
* Venue: Politics Training Center of Dist. 4 – 85-87 Tan Vinh St., Ward 6, Dist. 4, HCMC.
* Objects: The shareholders owning KHA shares on February 05, 2010
* Contents:
-The BOD reports the 2009 business results and the BOD’s activities in 2010.
- The CEO reports the management activities in 2009 and the 2010 plans. Reporting financial statements and distribution of the 2009 profit and dividend.
- Head of the Supervisory Board reports the 2009 business results and the Supervisory Board’s activities in 2010.
- Appointing the third of members in the BOD and the Supervisory Board.
+ Shareholders please bring the invitation letter when attending the meeting. Shareholders can authorize other to attend the meeting. The authorized persons please bring IP to register into the meeting.
The relative documents will be posted on www.khahomex.com.vn as from March 15, 2010.
