HPG: Resolution of the Board of Directors
Hoa Phat Group Joint Stock Company announced the resolution of the Board of Directors as follows:
Article 1: The Board of Directors approved the following contents:
- Business plan for 2010:
+ Expected revenue of the Group: VND12,340 billion
+ Expected profit after tax of the Group: VND1,350 billion
- Time and venue of the 2010 Annual General Meeting:
+ Meeting time: From 8:45am, Tuesday, March 30th 2010.
+ Meeting venue: Ballroom Meeting Hall, Opera Hilton Hotel, 1 Le Thanh Tong, Ha Noi.
- The Board of Directors passed the dividend rate for 2009 and will submit the rate to General Meeting for approval.
- Dividend rate: 60%, including:
+ 10% in cash (Paid);
+ 50% in stock (Being paid after the Annual General Meeting)
- The Board of Directors will submit the dividend rate to the Annual General Meeting on March 30th 2010.
Article 2: The resolution takes effect from the date of signing.
