On 11 March 2010, the HOSE has given warning to the Hoa Phat Group Joint Stock Company (Hoa Phat Group) due to announcing the BOD resolution late.

Hoa Phat Group has not announced the BOD’s resolution on March 03, 2010 within 24 hours.
