GMD: The record date to get shareholders’ ballots

Hochiminh Stock Exchange announced the record date to get shareholders’ ballots of Gemadept Corporation:

* Stock code: GMD

* Stock type: Common stock

* Par value: VND10,000

* Record date: March 11, 2010

(In the case of put-through trading with volume from 100,000 shares and over on March 11 & 12, 2010, sellers will not receive the rights.)

* Record date: March 15, 2010

* Purpose: To ballot shareholders on the adjustment to the share issue plan passed in the 2009 Annual General Meeting. 

Vietnam Securities Depository _ HCMC Branch will temporarily suspend the depository activities for  on GMD on March 12, 15 & 16, 2010.
