FPT to pay 58 percent dividend

FPT Corp.’s annual shareholders meeting on March 27 approved the payment of 25 percent of dividends by cash and 33.3 percent by shares, which means one additional share will be given to three current holdings.

In addition, this year the company’s shareholders will receive dividends in advance - at least 15 percent by cash and 25 percent by bonus shares.

The company’s revenue in 2009 rose by 11.5 percent to VND18.74 trillion. Pre-tax profit reached more than VND1.69 trillion, an increase of 36.9 percent year on year.
