Da Nang’s real estate projects introduced in HCM City
An overview of the Danang real estate market was presented to 200 investors in Ho Chi Minh City on March 23.
At the meeting hosted by DongA Land and CB Richard Ellis Vietnam, investors were also provided with opportunities to buy apartments in the Golden Square project, which is located in the centre of Hai Chau district.
Lam Quang Minh, director of Danang municipal Trade Promotion Centre, said the area is now an investment attraction with the most favourable environment in Vietnam “It is considered to be the result of dynamic economic development, abundant labour force and professional administration staff,” he said.
Located between the three World Heritage sites including Hue Citadel, My Son Vestige Complex, and Hoi An Ancient Town and surrounded by beautiful landscape, Danang has become a tourist attraction along the Heritage Road in Vietnam’s central region.
Da Nang is an attractive destination for international real estate investors. By the end of 2009 Danang had licensed 162 foreign direct investment projects with a total capital of US$2.7 billion.
At the meeting, DongA land and Mariott Hotels & Resorts - the world leading hotel management corporation - signed a cooperation contract in which Mariott Hotels & Resorts will run the Renaisane Hotel in the Golden Square project.
The Da Nang Mariott Hotels & Resorts, consisting of three towers of 21-36 storeys, is a complex of apartments, hotels, offices and trading centres.
