* Ex-right date: March 23, 2010   

(In case of put-through trading with volume from 100,000 shares and over on and March 23, 24,  2010,  sellers will not receive the right.)

* Record date: March 25, 2010 

* Purpose: For the 2010 annual shareholders’ meeting          

* Meeting date: April 15, 2010
