CSC announces the notice of record date for Dividend payment and seasoned issue as follows:

- Par value: VND 10,000

- Stock type: Common stock

- Record date: 22/03/2010

- Ex-date:

+ For T+3 transactions: 18/03/2010

- Reasons: - Dividend payment 2009 by shares

- Seasoned issue

1. Information on Dividend payment 2009 by shares

+ Exercise rate: 6% (Shareholders receive 6 new shares for every 100 shares they own)

+ Place of payment:

- For deposited shares: Securities companies where shares of shareholders have been depostied.

- For undeposited shares: Thanh Nam Construction and Investment JSC .

Securities certificate and Identification Card (Original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested.

2. Information on seasoned issue

+ Stock type: No transfer restriction

+ Share price: VND 20,000 per share

+ Rights allotment rate: 1 share – 1 right

+ Exercise rate: 1 : 0.3 (Shareholders are entitled to buy 03 new share for every 10 rights they own. The number of shares shareholder can buy is rounded down to unit digit). The odd shares and shares unsold  will be determined by the Board of Directors in terms of price and subject of the offering.

+ Time for transfer of share purchase rights: From 02/04/2010 to 27/04/2010.

+ Time of registration for purchase: From 02/04/2010 to 29/04/2010.

+ The owner of share purchase rights can transfer his rights once to another person through negotiation, The rights transferred can not be transferred to the third party.

+ Place:

- For deposited shares: Securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.

- For undeposited shares: Thanh Nam Construction and Investment JSC on working days (From Monday to Saturday).

Securities certificate and Identification Card (Original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested.

Vietnam Securities Depository suspends the depository of CSC on 19/03; 22/03 and 23/03/2010.
