BMP: Report on the 2009 ESOP

Binh Minh Plastics Joint-stock Company reported the ESOP in 2009 as follows:

1. Total share volume issued in 2009: 107,180 shares (Equivalent to 1% of the Company’s charter capital on June 10th 2006).

2. Stock type: Common stock, the right to vote and the right to transfer are restricted until 2011.

3. Resource: From profit after tax in 2009.

4. Object of the issuance: The Company’s employees who have effective contribution to the Company in 2009 and selected by the Managing Board of ESOP.

5. Time of implementation: In March 2010.
