ASM: Information on the 2009 audited consolidated statements

On 13 March 2010, Sao Mai Construction Corporation (SAO MAI CONSCORP) completed the 2009 audited consolidated financial statements. According to that, revenue reached VND548 billion and consolidated profit after tax reached VND60.5 billion (Including VND47 billion of profit from property business equivalent to 77.7% of total profit after tax in 2009).

On 30 March 2010, the company will submit the shareholders’ meeting the following items: The consolidated statements, the issue plan of increasing charter capital from VND99.126 billion to VND150 billion to the existing shareholders and the 2010 targets.
