The Ministry of Industry and Trade will work with the Tuyen Quang Provincial People’s Committee to implement the export and restrict keep a high rein on prices.

The Ministry will also be in charge of submitting the comprehensive solution for production, domestic use and export of the powder to the Prime Minister by October 2010.
