SDP: Explanation for the change of over 5% in operating result in QIV- 2009

According to the Financial Statement Quarter IV/2009, net income is VND 4,838,602,000 with a decrease of VND 2,679,575,767 (6,4%) compared to Quarter III/2009. Song Da Trading and Transport JSC explained the decrease in operating result in QIV/ 2009 as follows:

-All contracts of the company are completed in Quarter 3/2009, therefore, the whole year’s net income is reflected in financial statement of Quarter 3/2009. In Quarter 4, the company received the remaining value of these contracts, so net income of Q4/2009 has been significantly decreased compared to Q3/2009.
