* Part received as a current shareholder: 21,600 rights (Equivalent to 11,880 new shares according to a ratio of 1:0.55)

* Part received according to ESOP: 55,200 rights (Equivalent to 55,200 new shares according to a ratio of 1:1) 

Number of rights registered to sell: 17,000 rights, equivalent to 17,000 new shares (The part for ESOP)

Number of rights after trading: 59,800 rights, equivalent to 50,800 new shares, including:

* Part received as a current shareholder: 21,600 rights (Equivalent to 11,880 new shares according to a ratio of 1:0.55)

* Part received according to ESOP: 38,200 rights (Equivalent to 38,200 new shares according to a ratio of 1:1) 

Purpose: To transfer share purchase rights.
