TV4: Explanation for the change of over 5% in operating result in QIV- 2009

According to the Financial Statement Quarter IV/2009, profit increased VND 3,090 million (79.7%) compared to QII/2009. Power Engineering Consulting JSC No.4 explained the increase in operating result in QIV/ 2009 as follows:

- Revenue in QIV/2009 increased VND 23,588 million (77.33%) compared to QIII/2009.
