LGC: The BOD’s resolution

Lu Gia Mechanical Electric Joint Stock Company (LUGIACO) has informed items in the BOD’s resolution as follows:

Article 1: The BOD approved the dissolution and mergence plan of Lu Gia Mechanical Electric One Member Company (*) into LUGIACO.

Article 2: Approving the dissolution decision of Lu Gia Mechanical Electric One Member Company under the Law.

Article 3: The decision is valid as from November 18, 2009.
