Vietnam takes part in Cuban Fair
The Vietnamese embassy and representatives from over 30 foreign diplomatic agencies took part in the 2009 Bazar at the Pabexpo Exhibition Centre in Cuba’s capital city of La Havana on November 28.
The fair spotlighted arts and handicrafts, clothes, traditional products and a selection of cuisine from Vietnam, China, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines and India.
The Vietnam pavilion attracted large crowds of visitors eager to view the country’s traditional long dresses, lacquer paintings and taste its famous fried meat rolls.
The organising board used the money raised from the ticket sales to support the victims of recent floods in Cuba.
