SHS: Results of General Meeting of Shareholders
Saigon - Hanoi Securitities JSC has disclosed the results of its General Meeting of Shareholders on share issue to increase charter capital via a ballot held on 11/11/2009. The following resolutions were approved:

- Stock type: Common stock
- Par value: VND 10,000
- Current charter capital: VND 410,629,960,000
- Total volume of shares to be offered: 58,937,004 shares
- Total value of shares to be offered: VND 589,370,040,000
Offering method:
1. Placement with outstanding shareholders:
- Offering volume: 40,907,996 shares
- Exercise rate: 1:1 (shareholders are entitled to buy 1 new share for every 1 share they own)
- Offering price: VND10,000/share
- Time: After getting approval from SSC
2. Placement with staff
- Offering volume: 2,045,399 shares
- Offering price: VND15,000/share
- Restrict transfer time: 1 year
3. Placement with other shareholders: Foreign investors are preferential
- Offering volume: 15,983,609 shares
- Offering price: At least 70% of average share price of 5 consecutive trading sessions at the issuing time.
- Restrict transfer time: 1-3 years

- Investment in improving IT system
- Purchasing head office
- Increasing working capital
