NTL: The record date for the 2009 dividend payment

HOSE announces the record date for paying the 2009 dividend payment in cash and collecting the shareholders’ suggestions of Tu Liem Urban Development Joint Stock Company (LIDECO) as follows:

* Stock symbol: NTL

* Stock type: Common stock

* Par value: VND10,000

* Ex-right date: December 02, 2009

(In case of put-through trading with volume from 100,000 shares and over on December 02 & 03, 2009, sellers will not receive the right)

* Record date: December 04, 2009

* Purpose:

* Paying the 2009 dividend in cash:

* Exercise ratio: 30% / par value (VND3,000 / share)

* Payment date: December 29, 2009

* Place & procedure of payment:

* Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

* Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Accounting Dept. of Lideco

* Collecting shareholders’ agreements by letters of increasing charter capital.

* Implement date: December 18, 2009

Vietnam Securities Depository - HCMC Branch will temporarily suspend the depository activities for NTL on December 03, 04 & 07, 2009.
