* Ex-right date : November 25, 2009
(In case of put-through trading with volume from 100,000 shares and over on November 25 & 26, 2009, sellers will not receive the right)
* Record date : November 27, 2009
* Purpose : Collecting shareholders’ agreements by letters
+ Founding subsidiaries: a jewelry company, an insurance company and a fund management company
+ Approving a plan of increasing charter capital
