BVS: Notice of record date for bonus share issue
BVS announces the record date for bonus share issue as follows:
- Issuer: Bao Viet Securities Company
- Stock code: BVS
- Par value: VND 10,000
- Stock type: Common stock
- Record date: 20/11/2009
- Ex-date:
+ For T+3 transactions: 18/11/2009
- Reasons: Issue of bonus shares
+ Exercise rate: 10 : 6 (shareholders receive 06 bonus share for every 10 shares they own)
+ Place of exercise:
- For deposited shares: securities companies where shares of shareholders have been depostied.
- For undeposited shares: Bao Viet Securities Company on working days from 01/12/2009(from Monday to Friday).
Securities certificate and Identification Card (original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested.
Vietnam Securities Depository suspends the depository of BVS on 19/11; 20/11 and 23/11/2009.
