ALT announces the record date for bonus share issue as follows:

+ For T+3 transactions: 24/11/2009
(Note: For T+1 transactions, buyers still enjoy the rights for transactions on 24 and 25/11/2009)
- Reasons: Issue of bonus shares and take a ballot

+ Exercise rate: 100 : 9 (shareholders receive 09 bonus share for every 100 rights they own. The number of shares shareholder receive is rounded down to unit digit)
+ Exercise date: 15/01/2010
+ Place of exercise:
- For deposited shares: securities companies where shares of shareholders have been depostied.
- For undeposited shares: ALTA COMPANY.
Securities certificate and Identification Card (original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested.
Vietnam Securities Depository suspends the depository of ALT on 25/11; 26/11 and 27/11/2009.
