VFMVF1: The resolution on the 2009 dividend payment in advance

The Fund Representative Board of Vietnam Securities Investment Fund (VFMVF1) approved a resolution on the 2009 dividend payment in advance:

Article 1: Paying 12% of the charter capital (VND1,200/share) in advance for the 2009 dividend.

Article 2: Authorizing the VietFund Management (VFM) to fulfill the procedures of the payment.

Article 3: The resolution comes into effect from the date of signing, 15 October 2009.
