Song Da 8 JSC has disclosed the results of its Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders. The following resolutions were approved:

1. Mr. Le Vinh Giang – Acting General Manager will hold General Manager of the company.

2. Amendment of the charter

3. Supplementary voting for Directors:

- Mr. Nguyen Khac Tien

- Mr. Nguyen Khac Hung

- Mr. Tran Xuan Lam

- Mr. Phan Van Minh

Mr. Nguyen Khac Tien has been elected Chair of the Board in place of Mr. Nguyen Sy Cat

4. Assigning the Board of Directors to select other auditing company

5. Investment of a crane S1000 or an equipment with similar capacity
