HOSE announces the record date to make the first advance for the 2009 dividend of My Chau Printing & Packaging Holding Company (MCP):

Par value:          VND 10,000

Ex-right date:     30 October 2009

(In case of put-through trading with volume from 100,000 shares and over on 30 October 2009 and 02 November 2009, sellers will not receive the right.)

Record date:      03 November 2009

Dividend pay-out ratio:    6%/ par value (VND600/ share)

Payment date:               30 November 2009

Place & procedure of payment:

-Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: At the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

-Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: At My Chau Printing & Packaging Holding Co. (18 Luu Ban Bich St., Tan Thoi Hoa Ward, Tan Phu Dist., HCMC). 

Please submit ID and Shareholder certificates or the legal authorized letters on receipt of dividend.

Vietnam Securities Depository _ HCMC Branch will temporarily suspend the depository activities for MCP on 02, 03 & 04 November 2009.
