Ha Nam Mineral Joint Stock Company (HAMICO) has announced the BOD’s resolution as follows:
Article 1: Change from Ha Nam Mineral Joint Stock Company to Ha Nam Hamico Mineral Corporation (*)
Article 2: Subsidiaries:

- Bao Thu Binh Thuan Hamico Mineral Joint Stock Company (*)
- Thanh My Hamico City & Construction Investment Joint Stock Company (*)
- Son Trang Hamico Mineral Joint Stock Company (*)
- South East Asia Hamico Export Joint Stock Corporation
- Hamico Plastic Joint Stock Company
Article 3: Industries:
- Exploring, deploying, processing, importing and exporting minerals
- Investing in infrastructure of urban & industrial areas, ports, etc.

Article 4: Main projects:
1. Projects at Ha Nam:
- Deploying and processing limestone, dolomite, nephenlyl, quartz, pespat (100 thousand tons / year)
- Producing construction materials and tunnel bricks with 80 million bricks / year
- Producing packing, threads, plastic
- Building and trading infrastructure of Hoa Mac, Duy Tien and Ha Nam Residential Area with 23ha
- Producing air-conditioners, coat-hangers and USD20 million / year of internal sales
2. Projects at Nam Dinh:
- Exploiting, choosing and processing titanium
- Exploiting and bottling mineral water
3. Projects at Binh Thuan:
- Lagi transport project
- Project of dredging storm refuges for boats at Phan River and Ba Dang Seaport
- Thang Hai Group Industrial Park Project
- Project of exploiting Tan Phuoc sandstone mine with 104ha
- Ham Tan Port Project at Binh Thuan
- Project of exploiting Tan Ha sand pit with 40ha
- Project of a brick factory at Phuoc Binh, Long Thanh, Dong Nai
4. Project at Bac Kan
- Exploiting, processing and exporting white stone, sawn stone with 50 thousand m3/year
- Exploiting and processing quartz mine
- Exploiting and processing iron mine with 836,927 tons of reserves at Quang Bach, Cho Don, Bac - Kan
- Exploiting and processing nephenlyl – syenit at Cho Don, Bac Kan
- Da Kim Lead-zinc Mine Project at Coc Lot, Na Pac, Ngan Son, Bac Kan
Article 5: Expected business result in 2010:
- Revenue: VND1,000 billion
- Profit: VND250 - VND300 billion
- Market: internal and foreign market such as: USA, Italy, Taiwan, Singapore
Article 6: The valid date of the change: October 18, 2009
Article 7: Assigning Chairman of the BOD and Directors of subsidiaries to implement the resolution
