HDC: Opening a real estate trading floor & Offering apartments

On 12 October 2009, Ba Ria - Vung Tau House Development Joint Stock Company (HDC: HODECO) will officially open HODECO Real Estate Trading Floor at 3rd Floor, HODECO Plaza, 36 Nguyen Thai Hoc, Vung Tau. At the same time, the Company will start offering apartments at Lot B – Apartment Building – Nam Ky Khoi Nghia.

The Lot B on Nam Ky Khoi Nghia has 18 storeys, includes 512 flats from 62.5 to 107.6 m2 and covers an area of 4,038 m2, with a 55,819-square-meter floor area. At present, the Company sets the selling price from VND9.2 million/m2 to VND10.47 million/m2 (not including a 2% building service fee).
