CNT: Information of the first 09 months 2009

Construction and Materials Trading Joint Stock Company (CNT) has announced business results in the first 09 months 2009 as follows:

* Estimated revenue of the first 09 months 2009 reached VND1,750 billion (68% of the 2009 plan) and estimated profit reached VND19 billion (80% of the 2009 plan) (excluded business results of subsidiaries)

* Total investment value of the first 09 months 2009 reached VND125 billion, focused some projects as follows:

- C&T An Phuc Apartment Project (at Dist. 8, HCMC.): In the company’s expectation, the 1/500 detail delineation of the apartment project for median income consumers will be approved in October 2009 and selling price is VND14 million - VND16 million / m2.

- A project of a new residential area at Ha Tien town: The company has implemented process for building a university and a resort to increase utilities of a new residential area.

- Tra Duoc quarry (Kien Giang): The company has negotiated to supply the material for Construction Corporation No. 1 (CC1) – a contractor for building infrastructures at Phu Quoc Town, Kien Giang Province.

* Besides, the company has continued investing in the businesses of properties and a port at Phu My 2 Industrial Park to put into service in shortest time.
