BMP: Report on preferred share issue

Binh Minh Plastics Joint-stock Company (BMP) completed the preferred share issue in 2009:

* Total issue volume: 321,540 shares (Par value: VND10,000/share)

* Stock type: Common stock

* Period of transfer restriction: 3 years from 2009 to the end of 2011.

* Issue price: VND15,000/share

* Total funds gained from the issuance: VND4,823,100,000.

*  The Company entered the funds in the accounts to increase the actual charter capital on October 1st 2009.

* On September 30th 2009, the Company had Decision No.639/QD-BM/HDQT/2009 on distributing the new shares to 72 employees who had effective contribution to the Company in 2008. The undistributed shares were managed by the company’s labor union.
