BKC announces the record date for bonus share issue as follows:

- Issuer: Bac Kan Mineral Joint Stock Corporation

- Stock code: BKC

- Par value: VND 10,000

- Stock type: Common stock

- Record date: 29/10/2009

- Ex-date:

+ For T+3 transactions: 27/10/2009

- Reasons: Issue of bonus shares

Information on bonus shares issue:

+ Exercise rate: 100 : 61 (shareholders receive 61 bonus share for every 100 shares they own. The number of shares shareholder receive is rounded down to unit digit)

+ Place of exercise:

- For deposited shares: securities companies where shares of shareholders have been depostied.

- For undeposited shares: Bac Kan Mineral Joint Stock Corporation

Securities certificate and Identification Card (original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested.

Vietnam Securities Depository suspends the depository of BKC on 28/10; 29/10 and 30/10/2009.
