THB: Change in shareholding in Hanoi-Thanh Hoa Beer Trading JSC

Thanh Hoa Beer JSC announces changes in shareholding as follows:

In the share issue to increase charter capital of Hanoi – Thanh Hoa Beer Trading JSC (affiliated company of Thanh Hoa Beer JSC) on 20/8/2009, Thanh Hoa Beer JSC denied its share purchase right and this made change in its shareholding as follows:

Before issuing: 297,840 shares (51%)

After issuing: 297,840 shares (37.7%)

Therefore, with shreholding less than 51%, Hanoi – Thanh Hoa Beer Trading JSC is no longer an affiliated company of Thanh Hoa Beer JSC since 20/8/2009.
