* Stock symbol: TDH

* Stock type: Common stock

* Par value: VND10,000

* Ex-right date: October 02, 2009 (In case of put-through trading with volume from 100,000 shares and over on October 02&05, 2009; sellers will not receive the right)

* Record date: October 06, 2009

* Purpose of doing a ballot:

- Collecting the shareholders’ agreements of paying bonus shares with ratio 2:1 for existing shareholders

- Listing additionally issuing shares in HOSE.

* Expectation time of ballot: From October 15, 2009 to October 31, 2009
